DIY 200+mpg Honda 125 Motorbike

I’m quickly earning my reputation as a DIY spokesperson here at GreenRacer. Perhaps it’s my background in design, or my love of democracy, but the customization movement in the last several years has allowed us to modify our lives immensely and it’s not going to stop anytime soon.

Full-fairing bikes are making a comeback due to the green movement so I thought you should check out this feet-forward custom Honda 125cc bike which gets over 200 mpg. Building your own enclosed motorcycle might sound daunting, but it’s a lot easier than doing major aerodynamic work on a car, and the gov’t doesn’t care much about how you modify a motorbike as long as you wear a helmet, unlike our friend in the photo. Truthfully, those sunglasses improve his image in that photo by 200%.
